Build the work you'd want to sign.

We're a US agency team expanding our remote engineering and design hub in Latin America. We grow by one or two roles a year. Every hire ships from week one and stays for a long time — average tenure is 4.3 years. Read this page carefully before applying.

The honest version. Read this first.

01

You will ship from week one

We don't onboard people for a month. Your first project lands the second week — usually paired with a senior on the team. If you need a 90-day ramp before you contribute, we are not the right place. This isn't hazing, it's how the partnership model works.

02

Senior or it doesn't count

We don't hire juniors. Not because juniors aren't talented — many of us were juniors at our last places — but because our pricing assumes every hour on a project is senior. The hire bar is roughly: could you have led this engagement at your previous agency? If yes, talk to us.

03

Async by default, on-call when it matters

We're spread across five time zones. Most days are Loom recordings, Linear tickets, and long-form writing. We have one shared synchronous block per week. That's it. In return, we expect crisp writing and the ability to make a decision without a meeting.

04

We don't do "fit" interviews

Our process is short and structured: a written application, a paid project (real work, market rate), and a working session with two team leads. No personality tests. No riddles. No five-round panels. If we can't decide in three steps, we have a process problem, not a candidate problem.

What you get in return.

Senior compensation

Top LATAM rates. We pay at the 90th percentile of Latin American agency rates, offering stable, competitive USD payments direct to your local account or digital wallet.

Work from anywhere

Fully remote from LATAM. Work from Nicaragua, Costa Rica, or anywhere in the region. We align with US time zones (EST/CST) for seamless synchronous blocks.

Real time off

Unlimited PTO is usually a trap. We have minimums: 25 days, plus the entire last week of December. Senior leads who don't take 25 days get a flag from operations. Burnout isn't a flex here.

US-grade tooling budget

$3,000 USD per year for premium hardware (MacBooks, monitors), courses, or software that makes you better at your craft. We trust you to choose what you need.

Health support

Comprehensive health stipend or local private insurance coverage options for you and your dependents. We make sure you are fully protected.

Equity in the firm

Everyone past their first year gets a profit-share unit. We're not a venture-backed company, so it's not lottery-ticket equity — it's a real share of real profit, paid out annually.

Three seats. Remote-first.

DESIGN

Senior Brand Designer

You'll own identity systems end-to-end — positioning workshops, type and color systems, applications, the whole motion. You've shipped at least four brand identities for venture-stage or higher companies. You can write as well as you design.

You'll build the marketing sites and product surfaces. Strong on React, comfortable in Next.js or Astro, fluent with motion (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie). You've shipped at least three production marketing sites that lived past launch.

OPEN APPLICATION

Don't see your role?

We keep a permanent shortlist of senior people we'd want to hire when a seat opens. If you'd be on that list, send us your work — we read everything.

Send work

From application to offer. ~3 weeks.

01

Written application · day 0

A short form, a portfolio link, and three written answers. We read every one. You'll hear back within five business days, even if it's a no — we owe you that.

02

Paid project · week 1–2

A small, real piece of work — usually 6–10 hours, paid at $250/hr. You'll work with one of the leads, get real feedback, and ship something. This is the interview.

03

Working session · week 3

Two hours with two team leads. We review the project, talk about how you work, and answer your questions. Salary and start date come up in this conversation — not on a third call.

04

Offer or honest no · week 3

If it's a yes, you'll have an offer within 48 hours of the working session. If it's a no, you'll get a written explanation of what was missing — not a form rejection. We owe candidates that, and we mean it.

Built work you're proud of? Let's see it.

We read every application personally. The strongest signal isn't where you've worked — it's the work itself. Show us the project you'd put on a wall.
